What are your PC muscles? Technically, they’re your pubococcygeus muscle, your levator ani, or your pelvic floor muscles. Find them by stopping and starting the flow of your pee (guys and girls both), or ladies, place a finger in your vagina and squeeze to feel them tighten around you. You want to exercise these muscles for bigger, better orgasms, to help improve your odds against urinary incontinence and to strengthen your vaginal muscles for help during and after childbirth.
